From the Grill
Proudly sourcing all our steaks from John Dee. Established in 1939 as one of the first Australian Meat exporting companies, John Dee is still family owned and run run to this day. The cattle are naturally pasture fed in the Darling Downs region of Southern Queensland and are free of any added antibiotics and pesticides. They are aged perfectly to provide a depth of flavour and high quality of marbling that is consistent across the board. All steaks served with your choice of chips and salad or mashed potato and vegetables. Sauces Available: Gravy, Jus, Creamy Mushroom, Dianne, Garlic Cream (GF), Creamy Pepper. All steaks served with mashed potato, vegetables or salad are gluten free.
